The reservation process is as follows:
1. Read our Rental & Cancellation Rules
Payment Policy:
Upon booking a room at our dance studio, clients are required to make a 100% full payment to secure their reservation. This payment confirms your commitment and ensures that the room is reserved exclusively for you during the booked time.
Cancellation and Refund:
If for any reason you decide to cancel your booking, you may do so until 24 hours before the start of your scheduled course/lesson.
Cancelling on time: Upon cancellation over 24 hours in advance, 50% of the total payment made will be refunded to you. The remaining 50% serves as a cancellation fee to compensate for the potential loss of other bookings and administrative costs.
If cancellation occurs less than 24h in advance. The full amount will be kept to compensate for the potential loss of other bookings and administrative costs.
Ladies changing room connected to Small room:
In order to get to the ladies changing room, one must pass through our small room. As part of the rental of our small room one accepts that during their rental there may be people walking through the small room to the changing room & back. This typically happens predominantly if simultaneously there is someone in the large room. You can check the dance rooms occupancy here or on our website.
Security cameras:
Please note that our studio is equipped with 24/7 security cameras.
2. Book the room
Check if the date you are interested in is available. You can find the calendar with room availability at the bottom of this page.
3. Receive information in your email
After a successful reservation, you will receive an email with information on how to get to the studio and all the necessary instructions (how to connect to the music, turn on the air conditioning/heating, how to unlock the restrooms, etc.).
