What can you expect in the level 0 – Introduction Cuban salsa class?
If you want to join our salsa lessons for complete beginners, you must first take an introduction lesson – Level 0. We will teach you the basics of Cuban Salsa such as Guapea, Dile que No and Dame (how to change partners in Rueda).
These basics are essential to get you started in our regular Salsa 1 classes.
If you are NOT a beginnerand have taken Cuban Salsa classes at other schools, you can request a free 15-minute consultation. The teacher will dance with you and advise you on the most appropriate level for you. You should at least know the basics listed above.
Requirements to join Level 0
All you need is a good mood and a registration through our registration system.

How to take an introduction class
Private Introduction Class
If you are not available on the day of our group introductory lesson or prefer a more personal approach, you can learn the content of the introductory class in a private lesson.
You can find the prices here. The number of people is unlimited.
Online Introduction Class
You can also learn the basics required to join our Level 1 classes from the comfort of your home.
- Although we are dancing in a couple in these online lessons, you can complete these lessons and learn all the steps at home without a partner.
- Once you complete the online introduction class, email or call and we will arrange for you to arrive 20 minutes before your first Level 1 class, and our teacher will quickly go over hte content with you for free. Then you can jump straight into the Level 1 dance classes.
- Online lessons are in English.
