What can you expect at Salsa 3/4 Advanced Plus?

The Advanced Plus level follows a monthly theme structure. Each month, we explore a different element of Cuban Salsa, while consistently keeping partnerwork at the heart of the lessons.

Some of the topics you can expect are:

Salsa con Rumba (Learning new Cuban Rumba steps & adding them to salsa).
Salsa Urban Style (Adding Reggaeton and Reparto elements)
Son Cubano
Salsa con Timba (Focus on body movement, styling, and learning how to react to the music. You can expect to dance to plenty of the latest timba tracks).
Pure Salsa (This topic is all about Casino. We focus purely on footwork and couple figures)

📚 You can see the current monthly topic directly in the name of the class within our reservation system.

📆 You typically do not need to attend the whole month. Each lesson is often independent from the previous ones.

Entry Requirements for Salsa Level 3/4 Advanced Plus

🔥 Everyone who has been accepted to our Salsa 3 level is automatically welcome to join this level.

Requirements: We need you to be able to lead/follow at a sufficient level for this level. For Salsa con Rumba month we require students to know the basics of Rumba (basic step, cachan, vacuna). For Son Cubano month we require students to be comfortable dancing contra-tiempo and keeping this rhythm.
