What can I expect at Level 0 – Zouk Introduction Lesson?
f you want to join our Brazilian Zouk classes for total beginners, you need to complete our introduction lesson Level 0 first. We will teach you the fundamentals of Zouk, such as the basic square structure, side-to-side step, rhythm awareness, and a natural, relaxed body movement.
These basics are essential for you to join our regular Zouk 1 classes.
If you are no longer a beginner and have taken Zouk courses at other schools, you can request a free 15-minute consultation. The teacher will dance with you and advise you on the most appropriate level for you. You should at least know the basics listed above.
Requirements to join Level 0
All you need is a good mood and a registration through our registration system.
