You will learn basic structures, turns, and direction changes while gradually understanding the principles behind them \u2013 weight transfer, stability, and projection. We will connect all of this into simple combinations that you can use in social dancing.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will also introduce static head movement. We\u2019ll focus on proper technique, body awareness, and safe execution before diving into more complex movements later on.  You will find all these elements in our Zouk 1 dance syllabus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-pozadavky-na-vstup-do-urovne-1\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements to join Level 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don&#8217;t have experience with Zouk yet, you need to complete one <a href=\"https:\/\/dancedifferent.cz\/en\/dance-classes-in-prague\/zouk-prague\/zouk-0-introduction-class-for-absolute-beginners\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"100674\">introduction Zouk 0 lesson<\/a>.
